We are looking for an experienced early childhood Montessori-certified person who would be interested in coaching a new teacher for the coming school year. The coach would be working with a motivated, smart, novice teacher who will very likely be pursuing her elementary training this year in preparation for migrating to our elementary program when we open our next classroom. This teacher has an MAT in elementary education, served as the assistant in the classroom last year, and has taken Montessori assistant training class.
This position would be ideal for someone who is retired or has taken some time off and would like to stay engaged. This person would need to be a strong coach/trainer/adult educator in addition to being an experienced, talented teacher. If you know of someone who would be a great resource for us, please have them contact me directly via email (abailey @ imsnc.org) or cell (678-516-7018
